• We will make appointments to see properties currently on the market whether they are listed with my firm or other real estate companies. My goal is to find you the best property available
• I will explain the all of the paperwork thoroughly.
• Once a contract to purchase is written, I will negotiate to get you the best possible price for you.
• I will follow up on all of the details.
• I will recommend proven service local service providers such as attorneys and building inspectors as well as trades people if you need them. You can find a large list of pre-approved vendors through Coldwell Banker's Concierge Service.
• I will communicate with you throughout the process and coordinate my efforts with other service providers.
• I will make sure you have the opportunity for a final inspection prior to closing to make sure everything is in the condition that it was at the time of purchase or that repairs that were required were completed as agreed.
• I will be with you at the closing.
• I will be available to answer questions and make recommendations after closing.
